Maitripals Roadshow!

Maitripals’ first roadshow takes place this Sunday at the Buddhist Fellowship! The purpose is to raise awareness of Buddhist community towards care for HIV-affected persons, as well as share information about MaitriPals’ work and services towards helping patients and their families.
Guest speaker Dr Lee from Tan Tock Seng Hospital’s Communicable Disease Centre will speakabout the various medical, psychological, and social aspects of HIV/AIDS, while Jit Sin and Huiping, both enthusiastic volunteers, will be sharing their personal experiences participating in Maitripals’ activities. There will also be a Q&A session for members of the public with any queries about issues pertaining to HIV/AIDS.
